Opened in June 2026, Pipeworks Leeds is a modern, purpose-designed venue spread across multiple floors, offering an extensive range of facilities in a welcoming, relaxed and inclusive environment.

Facilities include a large 30-person Jacuzzi Spa Pool, walk-through Steam Room, 25-person Dry Sauna, heated relaxation areas, Private Cabins, Premium Private Cabins, cruise and social areas, private changing facilities, licensed Café/Bar and a Rooftop Spa Terrace.
