The Eagle NYC

Busy night, but one of my best experiences at the Eagle. Jake was behind the bar calm, confident, and attentive even in a packed room. His presence stands out, but what really mattered was how welcoming and smooth he kept everything. Drinks were quick and well made, and the whole night flowed because of him. Staff like that is why I keep coming back.

1 1/2 hour wait to get in and they charged a $20. Cover!!!! Shame on you for exploiting your community during this special weekend. no customer service, everyone horribly treated. The only ones happy at the eagle were the staff who made tons of money not even a hello or a thank from any bartender. Rude disgusting behaviour by staff.
