While the property is pretty "funky", ie. not terribly clean, the staff are friendly and helpful enough, and on a Saturday, early evening the place had plenty of action. I took advantage of a one hour massage, ($20 US) and it was one of the most thorough that I have ever had. Plenty of attractive men, and a few not so! I will return.

A very pleasant experience. Friendly receptionist greeted me on arrival. I was given a towel, cloth wrap, sandals and a locker. As I explored the three floors, I found two pools, one small and hot, the other cool and larger, two steam rooms, one hot and the other very hot and a dry sauna, also hot. There were also plenty of showers on all levels, a relaxing area, dark room, video room and a smoking area. Small rooms, cleaned after each use, with beds and proper sheets appeared to be available for rent. Snacks and drinks are sold but there is a free to use water dispenser. As for the clientele, a range of ages, from young to old, skewed towards the younger. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The attention at the reception is terrible, the boy is the owner's partner, and he is very rude. If you ask for an extra condom, he looks at you with an annoyed face. The facilities are old, everything with a musty smell, wet sandals and a bad smell. It sucks. Nothing to do with other saunas in Santiago. Expensive and bad.

Terrible, very bad attention from the receptionist who is on duty today, January 2, 2022 at 8:00 pm. They begin to turn on the lights indirectly for you to leave and when you ask, they tell you in a bad way ... THEY TOLD YOU TO LEAVE. For my part, I never go and above all, they charge very expensive.

If you ask something or indicate something, they immediately invite you to leave the venue saying "you can go if you want."
