They canceled my show so I called to rebook as we had train tickets and a friend joining us from Ireland and was told I could rebook to the following day free of charge. I said that would be great but I need to check with the others I had booked for and call back. I then paid for more train tickets and moved everyone's scheduals around and called back to move my tickets. At this point the staff where then extremely rude and said they wanted 15pound per ticket as the following day would be a bigger show obviously this was rediculas as I was allready told it was a free upgrade. I was then transfered to the sales manager who then upped the price to 20pounds a ticket extra. I expressed my concern and asked them to listen to the calls as this is the third time the price had changed and its unacceptable and bad customer service. She then hung up on me so a called back until I got her again. She then verbally assaulted me and again hung up on me. I tried calling again and found She had blocked my number so I called on withheld and got her again requesting a refund when again she hung up on me. All in all no refund so down nearly 200punds in tickets and 250pound out of pocket on train tickets and my friend is down 140pound in return plain tickets. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I'm filling a ccj and a card dispute against them as they emailed me back not addressing a single concern to inform me if I post reviews and call recordings they will file legal action against me lol
