My last visit to Dongtan & Thailand, was in 2016. I am leaving Edinburgh, in Scotland, tomorrow morning, For 3 weeks in Pattaya, from 8th November, arrival. I will be visiting Dongtan beach again. I hope I am not disappointed. I know a lot of upgrading work has been carried out.

I came today. There is 1 place named Adam with lgtb flag but i dont see any gays there. So disappointing

Change completely. More Russian families with children than gay people.

Dongtan Beach is still a fun place to spend the day. (Not on Wednesday) Services supplied to you while enjoying a sun bed or deck chair, including a wide range of food delivered to you on the beach from the many restaurants behind the beach. Drinks available from most concessions include good coffees, beers, wine and soft drinks. While there, you can enjoy a great massage from the many handsome guys - all licensed masseurs. Also use the services of the manicurist/pedicurist. A very pleasant and entertaining way to spend the day.

I have come 7 years and have a massage boy there very nice.

It's empty on Wednesday. I went there and wasted a lot of time. Will go there the next day to see what happens

Having discovered this website today, I thought it was a good idea to write and update Khun Stephem's 2013 review Since Wednesday, January 14th, 2015 Pattaya's gay beach on Dongtan beach has been significantly reduced in size. Whereas it used to stretch about 250 meters from the public toilets close to Room Club and Tui's Place Guest House, and then right up and past Rabbit Resort, it has now been condensed down to about 150 meters from Avalon Beach Resort up to the White House Hotel. Sun lovers who enjoy the gay beach should be aware that the concession stands that serve food and refreshments to LGBT guests are now NOT open on Wednesdays. This means every Wednesday there are no deckchairs, sun loungers or umbrellas laid out on Dongtan beach, for people to relax on/underneath. So be prepared to bring your own towels to sit on the beach and perhaps a packed lunch to eat. Despite the fact that there are no concession services on Dongtan beach every Wednesday now, the restaurants at Avalon Beach Resort, Room Club, Tui's Place Guest House, Bar & Restaurant and Aquarius Hotel are still open - for you to enjoy food and refreshments. Finally; as a personal recommendation - we at Tui's Place Guest House recommend "Rit's Orange Chairs #15" to sit and relax upon when enjoying your time on Dongtan beach. Rit is a very attentive and friendly host and his boys will take very good care of you as you relax in his chairs and under his umbrellas. Tui

This is the place to go during the day. Take a Baht bus from Pattaya to Jomtien and get off where it hits the beach next to the 7/11. Walk along the path about 7 minutes. If you get to Rabbit Resort you have gone right to the end of the gay part. The best places to rent deck chairs is Adam Beach and the few before and after. Thb30 for the day, a bit more if you want a towel. They will run a tab for you all day with your drinks and food. The cold coconuts are magic. Masseurs and sellers come to your chair. Lunch comes to your chair. Relax surrounded by queer and queer friendly people from all countries including Australia, UK, Russia France, Germany, Thailand, Singapore and many more. Enjoy....
