Jailhouse CPH

Jailhouse is located in the basement. To enter you need to passthrough jail doors. Once inside your greeted by a long narrow bar. Most of the seating is at the bar, but there are a few tables as well. The staff is friendly. The crowd was mixed but all gay. I would highly recommend Jailhouse when you visit Copenhagen! It was jail themed, but not cheesy, it was more authentic. Such a unique experience! Staff speaks English.

The description is accurate. A cosy local with friendly staff. The name implies more nefarious action than the reality, which is that it is simply a bar with associated restaurant above. Recommended.

Best bar for bears and chasers in CPH. My favorite place to meet fun loving Danes. Very friendly staff and affordable.
