Emperor - 보고된 CLOSED

I called them last night and tell them I would go there, the manager told me to take the subway and get off at the Itaewon station, and waiting at Exit 3, then call them again, someone would come to pick me up. But when I got there, I called them, no one answer the call! I have tried at least 10 times. So i had to went back to my hotel. What did they do? wasting my time!
