Centurian Sauna

Like everything in NZ this is a kind of friendly easygoing place. The guy at the front really makes sure what you're getting into. A bit funny. Clean. Had a great time with a guy in a private room. Would definitely go back when I'm in NZ again

Visited on a happy hour Monday and had a fantastic time. Mostly older guys as you'd expect during a weekday. Had a good start in a private room with a guy. Followed by the dry sauna and ending up playing with a few guys in the theatre. Cannot wait to go back when this current lock down ends.

Staff are friendly. Alot of regulars like myself go there.. I love the facilities such as spa, sauna, steam and cost is reasonable. Towels off days on Tuesday and Thursday seem to be best but the most exciting is orgy night on 1st Thursdays of the month!!! You are naked and you enjoy exploring other peoples bodies haha.

Very clean and friendly management and very helpful. I just find that as a man of color the patrons were not interested. Otherwise a very nice clean space and attentive management.

Friendly, fun and very clean place, spent 3 days here over a week. One day was a bit quiet but picked up during the afternoon, big variation in guys, good facilities with free hot drinks, sky TV and lots of porn screen options. Big wet area spa, steam sauna, easy to talk to staff. I got in early with $16 entry. A must is the orgy/group night amazing! Very busy. I will be back.

Arrogant, non-inclusive management. Was accosted by the new owner in front of everyone and told I was no longer allowed to wear my rugby shorts and had to dress "the way people are supposed to dress in a sauna". I asked if this 'rule' was stated anywhere, I was told it was not and that as the new owners they could do as they pleased. Surprising considering I have been coming here for years with no issue, not bothering anyone. I was given an ultimatum of complying or leaving. I left. You would think that in this age of inclusiveness the gay community was past this sort of petty nonsense, obviously not. Here's a tip for the owners: if you have rigid vanilla 'rules' how about making these clear at the door or on your website so it saves everyone the embarrassment.

Nice place but everyone seems to be over their 40’s. Overpriced at $31. Doesn’t seem to be busy very often. Would be nice to see some new themes.

Great place with a good mix of guys all ages and some real hotties. I have been there 3 times in 2 weeks and had lots of fun each time. Very comfortable and clean. Lots of XX TV options. Chill out in the spa and sauna and enjoy in the play area. I WILL BE BACK when I return to Auckland

Been there last night. Although I was hesitant to go there because of the review that most of the patrons are oldies, I braved enough to go there alone. Not too many guys, probably around 20 men when I came. Half of them were oldies but there were young guys as well. Met a guy from the UK (I hope you read this :) whom I had a hookup with. He got a perfect physique. Overall, sauna is OK but not as good as the ones in Bangkok, Tokyo or Taiwan. By the way, it was a naked night when I went there. So my eyes feasted on naked guys.

Easy to find, clean facilities, huge darkrooms, relatively expensive (30 NZD - you can go out and visit it again within 3 hours for no extra payment), saturday afternoon - only few people - all over 50, saturday evening - more crowd, some younger guys (under 40), not much fun

The once-a-month towel-off 'group play' night (first Thursday of the month) is a really fun event. Just went there and had a fun time. Lots of people there, and lots of actions, but definitely no space for privacy!.. And lots of actions!.. Really a great evening there!

This sauna has a reasonable layout and is well maintained. If nothing else you can have a relaxing steam and catch a movie. It doesn't often have a sexy vibe and fewer sexy men. My main issue with the place is the loud and inappropriate music. Unlike European saunas, there seems to be no social focal point. I would suggest adding a bar/cafe to broaden the appeal.
