프리미엄 회원 요금과 다소 불편한 위치 때문에 이곳은 절대 붐비지 않습니다.

Revamped
Over the year or two Cascade's gym had been starting to show its age.
But, good news.. Visited again in March 2017 and they have just completed a total revamp of the gym. Amazing selection of brand new machines and other kit. Absolutely state of the art and top notch again.

Cascade Club @ Ascott
Excellent range of modern equipment. Well maintained. Definitely best in its class in Bangkok with plenty of eye candy too. The only slight criticism would be that it gets a bit too hot in the afternoon.
