The Amari Phuket, located at the south end of Patong, has a quieter area compared with hotels in Patong Town.
Each large modern Thai-styled room features king-sized beds, large LCD satellite TV, minibar, tea/coffee maker, free WiFi. Many rooms have great ocean views.
The resort ha its own small private beach area. You could walk to Patong Town and the gay bars in Paradise Complex, but taking a taxi would be easier (which costs about 200 baht each way).
